O k I had extensive work done to my a , c , completely replacing almost all the components which is called , I guess a whole kit a few months ago. I was driving and my air was hot again and I called network and\nThey said to bring it in and figured out it was the compressor within a very short amount of time they called me and told me that they would order the part and have it repaired. I had my truck back to me around 4 hours later with cold ac again. They also came and picked me up. They're great to do business with. This is the 2nd network auto shop I have used and the dont disappoint. I would highly recommend network automotive. Thank you, scott bauer.Posted on Google
Bobbie Erlandson6 days agoI am big on reviews which is why I decided to try Network Automotive. Extremely happy with the service. Jeff was great at explaining what was needed. My AC was blowing hot air and they offered free AC check. At first was told I needed a new AC kit but after further review on the vehicle just needed a recharge Thankfully! Super friendly and welcoming. Will definitely go back if I need anything else serviced!Posted on Google

Heather Carrell13 days agoI cannot say enough good things about Network Automotive in Gilbert! From start to finish, this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. I brought my Range Rover in for an oil change and to have them look into an oil leak. Everyone was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain exactly what they found, walk me through my options, and talk about the most cost-effective ways to move forward. I never felt like they were trying to sell me repairs I didn’t need. Quite the opposite. I felt like they were genuinely trying to help me make the best decision for my vehicle and my budget. They were ready for my car when I arrived for my appointment, told me it would take about an hour, and it literally took an hour! When they were finished, they sent me a detailed condition report going over everything they had inspected, and the final price was exactly what they had quoted me. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable, on time, and no surprises. It is so refreshing to find a shop you feel like you can trust. We will not be taking our vehicles anywhere else. Denishia McGruder22 days agoI absolutely recommend them. It is so difficult to find an honest place that isn’t trying to take advantage of you, and this place is 100% honest. I took my vehicle to another place and was quoted over $2000 to replace all three of my engine mounts. I took it to Network Automotive, and ended up only needed one replaced and the price for that one was significantly lower than what the previous place was charging me for it. I will be taking my vehicle to them moving forward.Posted on Google

Jason Luedtka37 days agoDid not have an appointment but they were able to fit me in. Did a great job aligning my 2010 truck after installing a leveling kit. They understand alignments as opposed to the people who are just running off of OEM numbers even after you change your OEM suspension.Posted on Google
Hannah Coyne38 days agoThis shop is fantastic! Jeff and Michael were so helpful and so knowledgeable. They were able to diagnose my alignment issue, make a plan for what needed to get done, and get it fixed all in one morning! I really appreciate them and the other guys at the shop for helping me out. I can't possibly recommend them enough! I called them later that day about an unrelated issue (A/C) and they offered to squeeze me in that afternoon to take a look at the problem. I'm so glad that Discount Tire recommended this shop to me.
